RelayHelp

About

Built in Lagos for teams that live in chat.

RelayHelp started with a simple annoyance: the support inbox was the one tab nobody on the team had open. So we moved the inbox to where the team already was.

For the Mayas, Priyas and Kais answering tickets at 3am.

How we work

A few things we hold to.

Agents never need a dashboard

If a support person has to open RelayHelp to do their job, we got it wrong.

The AI knows when to stop

Under the confidence line it drafts for a person. It never guesses at a customer.

Never hide a message

Plans have limits. Customer messages don't. Over the limit, the AI pauses and people answer.

The person behind it

One engineer, a lot of support tickets.

RelayHelp is built by Wave, a backend engineer in Lagos who has spent years wiring payments, chat bots and AI into products that real people use.

It's built in public. The changelog is honest, the roadmap is in the docs, and the person who answers the widget on this site is usually the person who wrote the code.

We answer our own support with RelayHelp too. The widget in the corner of this page lands in our #support channel in Slack, and it's the first place we test anything new.

Say hello in the widget.

Or start free and tell us what's missing.
